By extending a certain number of compliance credits to OEMs when they make significant investments into Canada’s EV supply chain (mining, batteries, components, etc.), there is an opportunity for the federal government to marry its EV sales mandate policy with a broader industry-building measure that would benefit consumers through more EV availability, automakers through additional compliance pathways, and broader supply chain firms through potentially larger pools of investment. Importantly, this is something that Canadians would likely support: our survey with Environics Research shows that between 70%-80% understand the importance to our domestic economy of critical mineral mining, battery production and advanced manufacturing. $LMRMF

Stockhouse recently highlighted Lomiko Metals ($LMRMF) as part of Canada’s emerging graphite supply chain strategy, as investors increasingly look toward domestic sources that support energy security and reduce reliance on foreign supply. With policy incentives accelerating and new tariffs reshaping the market, Canadian graphite developers are gaining visibility as strategic assets within the North American battery ecosystem. 🔗 Full article: stockhouse.com/news/newswire/2025/10/20/lomiko-metals-building-canada-s-graphite-supply-chain #CapitalMarkets #EnergySecurity #GraphiteSupply #CriticalMinerals #TSXV #LMRMF

$LMRMF Not sure about this one, I had a lot before the RS. 2030 is along way off and does anyone think they will get permits after they were basically told they wouldn’t. Is there a vote coming up in November on the permits for La Loutre? Might be wrong still holding shares.
