$LAND keeps selling stock at nearly 50% discount to book value, diluting current shareholders, and seems proud of it!
Why would anyone want to buy and hold the stock when management keeps selling?
From Jan 1, 2026 to Feb. 23, 2026 there 28,050,400 shares traded and a total of 3,423,488 of those were new shares sold by management via the ATM.
Anyone in their right mind think this kind of selling isn't holding the share price down?
Like other REITs,
$LAND ought to have a process of selling appreciated properties, and other assets like its California water rights, recycling the proceeds into undervalued assets or properties it can improve.
