site is presumptuous... their mission in their own words is ridiculous.
They present expertise in 6 sectors as their 'asset' to solicite deals. They state their primary focus as investor share value, while having destroyed 80% share value since their RS.... of course this following years of value destruction and multiple announced deals that went nowhere.
Lastly ( of course more but..) as a company development co they list no mgt with successful experience, no successful ( or any) deals, and a cap value of less than 200k.
There is a positive however. It is they are planning something, and are alive.
My guess is that they may use this to consolidate the various unsuccessful Melbourne FL headquartered companys managed by the same team.
Their interest may be aligned w retail for the first pumps as there is almost no downside at this level.
