$KGKG Fraudulent reporting. The brand 'Highdrate' appears to no longer be owned by the co. The CEO, Oliver Hatchett seems willing to be the fall guy, likely doesn't even read the Qs, or be involved in any way. Nevertheless potentially liable. And why in the world he make no comment since his appointment, and in following 6 months? $KGKG so report out and it appears the co has cut all ties to investors and even pretense of business. Q out - Boilerplate It seems clear the co has misrepresented itself in its statements of its only business 'Highdrate'. Another poster recently shared the lapse of brand ownership / renewal and we all know not a bottle has been produced for years. Further no statement from Oliver Hatchett, the CEO? who may have not even read the report IF he is even the CEO. The curiosity is why file such a doc? Why spend the time and $?

$KGKG This next week should be 3rd qt report. There hasn't been huge tax loss selling. New CEO, never had a release or comment on or by him. 6mo+ Market to market trading between $0 and .0001 for last few months. Little retail. A couple of odd larger block trades ($ still small). Dilution has been very limited over last 3mo. Last QT was sterile. Pro forma. Showed some share class clean up. No biz news. Last year June -Dec all focus was on a reverse merger. After Dec 5 , '24 total silence. 8.2 bil shares x .0005 = +500% and still only a 4-5 mil cap co. Are they dead...?

$KGKG to recent posters... kgkg is NO longer a cbd/thc/ or hemp bev co. It divested kona hemp and covert pot co's last year. It is now a shell w no revs, no transparent reported biz plan, no one that responds to an email or call. In 2025 the ONLY activity is the possible appointment of a new ceo... you can see on OTC Markets but no where else. It has maintained filing pink status. And there have been unusual volume (share count not sunstantial $) days like today. But all is blind. At .0001.... ANY real biz activity will generate possibile 2-3-4x. But there is now NO basis for responsible investment... just lotto spec.

$KGKG focuses on CBD beverages, but multiples are thin. AITX at just 2–3x revenue is the definition of bargain growth, especially next to Apple at 7x and Palantir at 100x.
