$KARX so close I can taste it now! Side note: $HLEO taken over and restructured by the former investment banker on the deal, and the cap structure is PERFECT given the organization they have now built, and the fundamentals that will go along with it. Ed knows what he's doing, and that stock should be $4.00 plus in preparation for an uplist to the Nasdaq!

$KARX Nobody is seeing the potential of this company as an acquisition candidate. They did $60 million, only netted $700K on that, but the costs to generate that are primarily one time costs. They likely net 30% EBITDA on the NEXT $60 million. Anyone paying attention snatches this company up now, BEFORE they start netting $20 million.

$KARX This CEO is playing it straight, which is unusual in OTC, but also, they've had the ability to draw down on the remaining $24 million available to them and haven't because they are now cash flow positive and profitable, and self funding. Also very unusual in OTC!
