$JFTH Can't find any actual news but for some reason it appears the CEO submitted the Management Certification today, though it says it only covers the period till March 2025, and the company profile has been verified as of this month. The cert shows no outstanding convertable notes and doesn't list the Z shares, just the 82 million shares Koichi converted 18 or so months back. Latest filing before that was the 15-12g back in December 2024. https://www.otcmarkets.com/file/company/financial-report/552671/content No idea why they'd file anything now, no indication of activity in the news or website, though it does seem that MaMa foods may be still doing business as a subscription service. https://gochisouya.jp/ I guess keep an eye on more filings maybe? Just be sure not to actually get any hopes up

$JFTH I’m dumping more of this junk…. Cancelling out gains… sick of seeing it…. Dump thousands and still have many thousands… a never-ending stream of vegan diarrhea. My goal is to be completely purged by the end of December.

$JFTH Does anybody know if there's a way to have a stock liked this removed from my brokerage account? I'm not trying to sell it or anything, I just want it gone. Can I declare it worthless and/or abandoned and have the broker (Fidelity) remove it from my account? Or am I stuck looking at this on my screen forever?

$JFTH It is public information that Koichi made about 3.5 million US dollars in profits selling restricted shares during the pumps he inspired be years of false and misleading information… Nasdaq? Mama acquisition? Biggest holding company in Japan? Anyone report him to the SEC? Textbook illegal behavior.

$JFTH A certain someone in my life will be visiting Japan in 10 days. Does the Wayback Burgers franchise still exist? I said only to ask Koichi if there's any plan to recommit to Japan Food Technologies. I assume the answer will be "Yes" eternally. I assume that Koichi doesn't man the store, if any, and that no meeting is possible. Have you a great conversation starter?
