$JFTH Looking more into the reporting standards for OTC, they have 2 options that could be on the table. They could stay at Pink Limited, which only requires annual reports and a management certification, which is what they have now. If they stay here they also owe the annual report for last year by end of July. I think staying here would leave them untradable on most or all major brokerage firms (Schwab and such). If they want to move up a tier to OTCID which was created last year to replace Pink, they'll need to file an annual report for last year by end of June and also need to file a quarterly report for the first quarter of this fiscal year and then quarterly reports going forward. It doesn't look like they'd need to file for previous years but correct me if I'm wrong if you see something different. Standards can be found a link at the bottom of this page. $JFTH I'm literally having a hard time beliving it, but it seems they actually filed a managment cert for this year and the annual report for the fiscal year ending march 2025 (so covering 2 years ago), where they claim to have made $118,000 in revenue. Based on the previous report covering through june 2024, they had only made $5500, so claiming to have ramped up business in the last 9 months if their fiscal year. I guess we can keep an eye out for the last years report and maybe them coming out of the dark? $JFTH Can't find any actual news but for some reason it appears the CEO submitted the Management Certification today, though it says it only covers the period till March 2025, and the company profile has been verified as of this month. The cert shows no outstanding convertable notes and doesn't list the Z shares, just the 82 million shares Koichi converted 18 or so months back. Latest filing before that was the 15-12g back in December 2024. https://www.otcmarkets.com/file/company/financial-report/552671/content No idea why they'd file anything now, no indication of activity in the news or website, though it does seem that MaMa foods may be still doing business as a subscription service. https://gochisouya.jp/ I guess keep an eye on more filings maybe?
