$IPST You are correct
$IPST does have a
$75M 2026 shelf but many companies keep a standard
$75M shelf on file as a poison pill and this shelf has a "baby shelf restriction", which means before dilution they have to file an S3 and can only sell an amount less than 1/3rd of their float. Last count they have 1.23M float so they can only sell 400K over a 12 month period which is miniscule if this ever gets into a
$20 run.
It's silly to know about this stock and not have a few shares sitting around. Earnings are coming up and even with the slightest bit of good news this could be a 10 bagger without even trying.
I only had 200 shares of
$DFNS laying around before it popped and it turned out to be, to say the least, a very wise investment.
