$IPST so this company started as a distilling company. Many invested in that IPO, then less than a year later changed into ip strategy. And then tanked and reverse split. We were willing to suspend disbelief that maybe that was a good decision. Looking more and more like it wasn't.
How legal is this bait and switch? Should investors be compensated for mis management? Is it all above board, or it because the board voted that in are we just along for the ride? What are they doing??? How is this ever going to recover?
Are investors owed compensation?
