I understand that he is also Retard and could of made lots of cash if he Had an app, but this Criminal hired one or two pumpers in here to sell 1 Bln shares without a Product, all this plus RS in years!!!! What are U talking about? So, 20 mil $ vanishes from the social capital of IPSI in one year and the same CEO didn’t take the cash? He thrown some news amd make a web page with 10 k tops, and took all investors money!!! Grow Up man!!! $IPSI after seeing the last filing and realizing that nothing short of a miracle will help this company survive, no money, no income , no sales , not even a hint of when they will start making money, endless shares that the market cannot absorb, new lows every day, no plan how to pay back all these notes, and not a care in the world for the shareholders, even the one person who has anything positive to say and i dont mean positive because he just points to websites that mean zero to IPSI and their bottom line. he even had a link to a company that has nothing to do with this company (and he apologized for that) i see no point in sticking around. $IPSI IPSI had 953.4 million shares outstanding on June 30. By August 13 it was already up to 994.2 million. That’s about 41 million additional shares in only six weeks. And there is potentially much more dilution because some convertible debt has conversion prices as low as $0.0005/share. Cavalry and Mercer alone had balances of approximately $1.01M and $1.30M at June 30, and their temporary $0.01 conversion-price forbearance expired May 1.

$IPSI So putting everything together—$0 revenue, $48 cash, going-concern warning, enormous convertible liabilities, ~1 billion shares, little evidence of a sales organization, partnerships that haven’t yet produced reported revenue, and only a few thousand dollars of daily trading—I would characterize IPSI today as a very distressed microcap, rather than simply saying the market is waiting for proof.

$IPSI I can’t stand guys like Penny who has been saying wait for the big news and I continue to buy. The go he has is outrageous. He was fighting verbally about owning over now 30 million shares. Who the hell would admit that. He clearly speaks with Corbett because he always announces big news is coming shortly and it typically does. The funny thing is what he believes is big news is just Corbett getting a deal worth zero. Penny can claim whatever he wants. The stock is telling you it’s dead.
