$IPSI while we dont know who the seller is, we know they have sold a lot over the past few months. Is it possible that the stock is actually shorted, I dont know enough about all of that but not by retail investors its impossible to have any amount of margin to short anything of value. But if somehow it is being shorted, I am waiting for the ultimate short squeeze, if not, well, those that have accumulated at these prices will do great. thats all assuming they execute which is yet to be seen.
the other thing is that IPSI is SEC reporting and never been late all these years. Has that helped our cause, I hate to say I dont think it has, but its a catch 22 you have to be prepared especially as a fintech company to be fully reporting, granted it has cost us bigtime with costs/dilution. So jury still out on that.
