$IGR finally seems to be headed in the right direction. My highest lot is $4.67 on 1/22/26 and I've been nibbling with my lowest lot at $4.16 for an average of $4.56. I see it's up to $4.50 after hours so I'm almost at breakeven with dividends. Hopefully the trend continues for this one as well as $CLM , CRF, $GGT, GUT, $OXLC, GOF and $PDI. Happy Easter.

$OXLC Brutal day for $IGR! Wish I could have bought more than the 100 shares I got, but I had to pick up a few shares of $PDI as well. Amazing that the OX was up on such a down day, in fact, it was my only green position, and I am hoping the trend continues to $9.50+.

$GUT I see it dropped to $5.93 but I was busy buying $GGT at $4.015 and $IGR at $4.60. Maybe I can trim a few higher cost shares this month.

$IGR Finally got below my average cost of $4.66/share, so I bought a few hundred shares today. It's got no discounted drip, but 15.75% cash yield at $0.06/month is solid. Share price seems stable and I expect this to move back to $5.00 after the madness subsides. May be able to play this a little like the $GUT. Also $GGT is doing very well and seems to move a narrow range between $4.00 and $4.30 recently. Then there's the $OXLC......

$IGR The N-2 issued on 2/6/26 indicates the drip is at 95% of the market price in the 3rd paragraph under Dividend Reinvestment Plan, but not below NAV. So, I tried the drip with my $21.00 dividend and got 4.222 shares at $4.97 each this morning at Fidelity. No discounted drip currently, so it's back to cash until I decide to sell. I'm still thinking about it. Meanwhile, $GGT is holding its own but $PDI is taking a bit of a hit but should be okay. Then there's $OXLC ......

$IGR I'm going to find out soon if IGR drips at a 5% discount. I'm a little concerned because the premium is currently 1.4% and I don't know if it will get to 5% by Friday, probably not, and I don't think it will drip below NAV. Also, they recently filed an N-2. They have completed 6 Rights Offerings (RO) in the past, but this looks like it's an ATM agreement to issue up to 29M shares at NAV or above. This could turn out okay or it could follow the same path $OXLC did with their recent ATM. I'm in at $4.66/share for a meager 350 shares and I'm thinking of taking my gain and sitting out for a while as I think the ATM will just move this stock sideways or worse yet, down in the near future. Good luck IGRs.

$IGR Infrastructure and real estate closed-end fund. Income is attractive but rate-sensitive. NAV discounts can widen during stress.

$OXLC on a more positive note, in October last year I started positions in $GOF and $PDI and have added as I've sold the Ox. I'm down $110 on 3,388 shares of GOF and I'm up $748 on 524 shares of PDI. Also got into $GGT in early January and into $IGR the 3rd week of January and both of these have been a pleasant surprise so far, up 2.7% and 5.3% so far this year. Things have got to get better, right?

$IGR IGR just filed an N-2. Are they contemplating a Rights Offering? The Prospectus also indicates that there is a discounted drip program in place, even though I didn't get a discount last month in my Fidelity account, but maybe it was because I only had 10 shares at the time. I've got 950 shares now so I might try the drip this month to see. $GUT, $GOF, $PDI, $CLM.

$GUT The GUT hasn't dropped below $6 in a while so I started a position in $IGR with 100 at $4.675. We'll see how it goes from here. I'm trying to diversify just a little bit, but all of my holdings are currently in high yield dividend/distribution stocks with 16.5% cash. Finally got $OXLC down to 40% of my portfolio and will probably keep it there as I believe it will continue to increase steadily. Also holding PDI, $GOF, GGT, $CLM and CRF. The goal is to get to $3,000/month in distributions so I can maybe retire before I'm 80 in 4 years!
