$IGR NAV is $4.41 so we're still trading at a premium (2.3%)! That is encouraging given the RS. In preparation, I trimmed a few shares on 8/18/26 so that my holdings are divisible by 3 and I won't get any cash in lieu of partial shares. It does seem like we may be close to the bottom, and this would normally be a good entry point. This will be the 3rd RS I've gone thru and the other two ($MFA and $OXLC) did not go well but I feel like this one may be okay. I'm sitting on 552 shares at $4.47/share and I'm up 19% so far this year with dividends and sales. We'll see...

Fidelity posted all my cash distributions due Monday 8/31/26 for $GOF, $IGR and $OXLC today, Saturday 8/29/26. They also show my drip shares pending due 8/31/26 as well. Have a lovely weekend everyone!

$IGR 3 for 1 reverse split coming on or about 9/8/26. Monthly dividends will be 18 cents per share so there will be no change effectively except reverse splits tend to have a negative psychological effect with many investors. I don't see this as a "desperation" RS and will hold fast. This has actually been one of the best performers in my portfolio this year, I'm up 20.31% for 7 months so far. $GGT is second with 11.35% up for 7 months as well. Now if only $GOF, $PDI and $OXLC would get some positive Mojo!!!!!

$PDI Today was an all-around bad day in the market and all of my stocks were down, some to new 52-week lows, and most (but not all) below my average cost so I nibbled on almost everything. Hopefully this down trend will not last much longer, but I still have a little cash to keep nibbling with for a while longer. $GGT and $IGR are holding up pretty well and my cost is well below the current price. PDI and $GOF are struggling and $CLM and CRF took a dive today but should rebound somewhat. What a Day! 🥴

$GOF NAV is currently 10.58 and we are trading at a DISCOUNT of about 0.66% so it looks doubtful that we will get any discount on the drip shares this month. I am considering a switch to cash at this time. $PDI is in a similar position but not as bad, it is currently trading at a 3.8% premium to its 15.77 NAV. I do think these funds will recover somewhat, but I'm not sure when and by how much as my crystal ball is currently out of order. Meanwhile, I'm hoping $GGT and $IGR and $CLM and CRF will keep my portfolio afloat.

$IGR Next declaration is about a month away. Really hoping that the distributions for July, August and September don't contain as much ROC. The CRE market is doing much better, and I'm guessing that NII will be somewhat improved. 🤞

Had you told me at the beginning of the year that $KBWY would be one of my best #REIT stocks, I would have laughed in your face. But it's true: $KBWY +14.25% YTD $MORT -3.2% YTD $IYRI +1.95% YTD $IGR +6.75% YTD Only $RQI has done better YTD (+17.75%)

$GGT So my previous post actually applied to $IGR, not GGT. It appears I tried to drip both IGR and GGT but didn't get the discount on either one and I selected drip at least 10 days before ex-div day.

$IGR be careful… 91% ROC… it is a REIT fund… so why is ROC so high? https://materials.proxyvote.com/Approved/MC3586/20260413/SEC19_632657.PDF

$GUT $IGR and $GGT were my best performing stocks today, but it wasn't near enough to offset the shitshow in the rest of my portfolio, namely $GOF and $OXLC. UGH!!!

$GGT another 50 at $4.05 and another 50 at $4.045. That's enough now, let's head back up! Just wish $GOF, $IGR, $CLM and $CRF weren't doing so bad ...

$IGR finally seems to be headed in the right direction. My highest lot is $4.67 on 1/22/26 and I've been nibbling with my lowest lot at $4.16 for an average of $4.56. I see it's up to $4.50 after hours so I'm almost at breakeven with dividends. Hopefully the trend continues for this one as well as $CLM , CRF, $GGT, GUT, $OXLC, GOF and $PDI. Happy Easter.

$OXLC Brutal day for $IGR! Wish I could have bought more than the 100 shares I got, but I had to pick up a few shares of $PDI as well. Amazing that the OX was up on such a down day, in fact, it was my only green position, and I am hoping the trend continues to $9.50+.
