$HWNI I don’t think any firm would take a class action lawsuit. If I’m right, this company will be worthless by December. They aren’t going to take a case with no way to recover their cut.

$HWNI So in the 8k, it tells us that because of the deal with Tego, they can no longer operate under the name HighWire. So, they are now under the name VigilAIgent. This company name change is shown on Linkedin AND their phone number is the same as HighWire's number. Does this mean that our shares are now part of VigilAIgent? $HWNI Who wants to go down a rabbit hole? The aerospace company has a phone number that belongs to Dennis O'Leary in New York. The CEO of Dark Pulse (DPLS) has the same name and similar scope of business. Is it the same person? If so, does not get any better. DPLS also had a R/S that wiped out shareholders and does not have positive catalysts either.

On or no later than three (3) business days following the Closing Date, Seller shall change its company name to remove any reference to the name “Overwatch, High Wire Networks,” or any other name used by Seller in the conduct or operation of the Business.
