$HSCS multiple people asked me how I took yesterday's news
tbh I was very disappointed at first. That was my gut reaction, I felt betrayed. But after taking some time to think and do some research, I feel better about the decision. Andrew has shown time and time again to be minimally dilutative and to be fiscally responsible with spending. I don't think he took this decision lightly, and I believe he made the decision for the long-term good of the company and those who will benefit from having their life saved by the technology.
I firmly believe that he entered into this agreement because doing so will alleviate a lot of back-end executive type work and allow him and his team to focus on the device, marketing, integration, and turning a profit.
Still waiting to hear more from Andrew, but I don't think it's as bad as I first initially thought when I saw the news yesterday. I didn't end up selling any shares yesterday, still own 5% of the company Even if it will be 5% of 5% in the future.
