I have listened to Sam Gibson. How? Well he gives interviews. The most interesting interview was between Gibson and Chris Keefer. Keefer made Gibson squirm. Gibson had to concede that the balance of plant and the 60,000 gallon water suppression pool around the nuclear reactor, comprises 2/3 of the facility cost cannot be built in a factory and shipped to the site. Further, Gibson himself gives away an important detail. Hadron can’t get the massive cost savings they forecast until they build the 10th unit. Keefer explains that the best pressurized water micro-reactor out there, the RITM-200 (50 MWe, OKBM Afrikantov-Rosatom) isn’t built at 100 or 1000 units per year scales (14 are being built now). Hadron needs to build a nuclear manufacturing concern that is larger than state run Rosatom? And you call me a liar? Ha!
GL with your investment.
