$HCWC Jeffrey Holman and the management team have shown absolutely no regard for common shareholders. Just like HCMC, they keep manipulating every rule and financial structure they can find, and one day these tactics may come back to destroy them.
This approach is steadily eroding the market’s trust. Eventually, that loss of credibility will hurt HOST itself. Jeffrey Holman may believe he can keep getting away with it, but accountability catches up with people sooner or later.
Host is essentially a two-person company. Its chairman and future CEO is a 30year old. former real estate professional. The company appears to have no working capital, and the only party in this entire structure with meaningful financial resources seems to be Sabby.
So let them keep playing these games. We will see how they get themselves out of this mess.
