$HBNB Hotel101 (Nasdaq: HBNB)
Hotel101 uses a unique "Condotel" (Condo-Hotel) model. Unlike traditional hotels that own all their rooms, Hotel101 sells individual units to private investors and then manages them like a hotel.
Standardization: Every single room is identical (the "HappyRoom"). This makes construction faster and allows for "asset-light" global expansion.
Revenue Source 1 (Upfront): They make immediate capital by pre-selling hotel units to retail investors during the construction phase.
Revenue Source 2 (Recurring): Once the hotel is open, they manage the day-to-day operations and take a management fee.
Profit Sharing: The revenue from all rooms is pooled. The owners of the units get a share of the total hotel revenue, regardless of whether their specific room was occupied that night.
