$HAFC agreed to a $3M settlement with investors over claims it hid over $40 million in nonperforming loans. Who’s eligible? Anyone who bought and held $HAFC stock between April 30, 2020 and August 7, 2024. Do I need to sell to qualify? No — you're eligible if you bought during that period, even if you still hold the shares. How much is the payout? Estimated at $0.25 per share — but if only 25% of eligible investors file, it could go up to $1.00 per share. Can I still file? Yes — late claims are currently being accepted. When do payouts happen? Usually 8–12 months after the court grants final approval. To file your claim: https://11th.com/cases/hanmi-investors-settlement
