$GYGY people complaining about insider dumping yet this ticker received a SEC notice of effect for the S-1 offering on July 28th. They had already filed three amendments by July 30th. Take a look at the chart for
$BIOT which began trading on July 24th. That being said the "former " Chief Executive Officer and director held 65% and I'm sure that he knew that he held a losing hand with the pending S-1 offering in place.
