$GTVH $SNTX
If you’re doing a 30:1 reverse stock split, you divide the total shares by 30.
2,000,000,000 ÷ 30 = 66,666,666.67
Since companies can’t have a fraction of a share outstanding, that would be approximately:
66,666,667 shares outstanding (depending on how the company handles rounding and fractional shares).
So 2 billion shares at a 30:1 reverse split becomes about 66.7 million shares.
People still believe this wasn’t a scam? GTVH is essentially dead, SNTX continues to dilute, and Javier keeps posting hype while retail investors are left holding the bag. Let’s see what happens by the end of the month, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up being another classic OTC pump-and-dump. I genuinely feel for everyone who lost money on GTVH. Hopefully, those still invested are watching the filings and the actual numbers—not just the tweets.
