Here is an incompetent with no experience in the financial market. When there is a private placement, there is usually a delay of 3 to 6 months before the shares become available in the float. The private placements took place in June, so don’t believe this incompetent person.
On the contrary, private placements made at a price close to the market are a sign of confidence and may indicate a future pump.
