$GPRO The idea the
$META would buy GoPro, a tiny company with a tiny market, is bonkers. Same with
$AAPL .
It's the fantasy of bag holders and pump and dumpers who are dreaming of a rich sugar daddy to come in and keep them from getting wiped out.
Action cameras are a niche market and only becoming more niche.
Neewer, RODE, Aperture/Amaran, Hollyland... those make more sense to me. They could try to get in on the creator camera market which is growing. GoPro has some of the tech necessary, but not all of it (gimbals and autofocus are missing).
$GRMN was in the action camera game but pulled out. I doubt at this point they want back in, especially seeing the sales numbers of GoPro.
