$GCEH Prayers have been going-up that they will exit Chapter 13 somehow and trade again. I sold half my position at .15 but after 31 days bought $50 more under .03 bringing my holdings to over 2,000 just in case. Believe the filing said trying get sompin done by August... GCEH is big company with its arms streatched out all around the world, and that's a huge plant to just let fall into nothing; something positive could happen.

$GCEH enters Chapter 11 with existing equity set for cancellation. Restructuring deal provides $250M in new financing but shareholders face total wipeout. The 'farm-to-fuel' model now depends entirely on creditors' mercy. $GCEH On Global website it has a link to the bankruptcy court proceedings, with lots of information. Any thoughts if it would help to write letters to the judge or whatever - to hopefully protect the interests of shareholders? Will the lawyers for Global try to keep the shareholders intact? Lots of questions and wondering what the chances are for the shareholders?

$GCEH Sooo… any ideas on shareholders getting the boot or Ch11 keeps us with the company? Will the shareholders even exist when the bankruptcy is done? Anyone have experience with Ch11 bankruptcies? Do the shareholders have any recourse on something like this?

$GCEH US/Canada camelina is somewhat important, but remember we own one the largest, if not the largest producers across the pond and they produce/use it much much more. And also remember our partner Louis-Dryfes owns-operates a huge international shipping fleet.
