The right company acquisition in a buyer's market prior to a massive ATM could return dividends to the acquirer for years to come. $FLUX Yeah agreed, the quarter was brutal, no money, and a default on some of their debt, so what are they gonna do, price is easily high enough to convert debt to shares, do something, gees easy fixes here.

What happened? Flux Power allegedly overstated inventory and profits while hiding weaknesses in its internal accounting controls. When the truth was revealed the stock dropped around 12%.
