Flux Power Holdings reported its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results after the market close, with CEO Krishna Vanka and CFO Kevin Royal scheduled to discuss the results on a 10:30 p.m. conference call. The lithium-ion battery maker entered the report under significant pressure after guiding investors to expect roughly 20% sequential revenue growth in the fourth quarter, following a disastrous third quarter in which revenue fell to
$6.6 million, less than half the prior-year level, while cash reserves dropped to about
$400,000.
Investor confidence was already weak after Flux Power missed revenue expectations by more than 33% in the previous quarter and posted an EPS loss nearly 2.4 times worse than consensus, triggering a sharp stock selloff. Analysts had set a modest fourth-quarter target of about
$7.94 million in revenue and a loss of roughly
$0.11 per share.
