$FKWL the JV has only been funded a year ago. Hopefully we’ll get some clarity on Tuesday. This will take some time to play out but looking forward to Qtr to Qtr improvement. We know we have been profitable the last 2 Qtrs with improving margins. Diversification into higher margin products, SaaS, and customer base. Can’t believe they would have declared the special dividend risking cash without a strong belief in their plan. Not happy with the last few months price action but my timeline is still on track…jmho

$FKWL There is NO WAY $FKWL authorized a special dividend if they didn't already know future Rev's, and profits are rising. The CEO and company are ultra-conservative...I've said this before last qtr's numbers and I was correct as net profit was $.04 exactly the special dividend. However, that is not enough cause if Profit for the foreseeable future is seen as declining, they would have NEVER issued the SD. ...JMHO

$FKWL maybe a better use of the funds for the special dividend would have been to hire some kid to make TikTok , FB, and YouTube vids as it seems no one even knows what they do……they have no identity or presence and therefore little investor interest. How about some vid about benefits of the Quvo app….or any of the hotspots. This would be so easy and cheap to do. Once in awhile they post the same static pic of the same item and it draws no attention. $FKWL get off your arse already….

How about: 1- Some insider buying here 2- How about a share buyback 3- some contract PR 4- Business Update to the shareholders OC Kim , Where’s the shareholder support? I feel extremely confident with the biz but it’d be nice to see some support as this price level is ridiculously low….
