$EULIF yeah if you want to own CRML (not sure I do - but you do you!) the most efficient way to do that is to buy EULIF - at .035 shares of CRML per EULIF share that's implied value of $.444 per EULIF share. And it's sitting here at $.30??!! $CRML

$EULIF $600 going in today, it’s the same as buying CRML at $8.57 today. I don’t know how everyone invested in CRML isn’t just scooping cheapies over here.

$EULIF $CRML Crml and Eulif are quoted at same time on US stock exchange both in $ . Following absorption each Eur owner is supposed to get 0.035CRML share so 0.035*11.49=0,402 $ and Eulif is only 0.2755$ why this depreciation if 1-0.2755/0.402=31.5% ? maybe australians shareholders had not understood that period during which 4 directors were quietly voting for themselves hundreds of millions of shares at each AGM with ASX benediction is over ?

$UAMY $CRML $EULIF crml and uamy are quietly following the same trend , although Crml ought to rise +700% with corrected NPV and Uamy ought to fall with reduction of overprice of antimony in USA vs europe and china . Uamy profit of that importing Sb ingots from Shangai to DLA via Seattle port . Eur who was absorbed by Crml beginning of week , rose 60% in the period , end of depreciation with permanent dilution by directors , now Sage and 3 directors could not as usual vote shares for themselves during AGM , 3 voting for the fourth and get 98%+ yes , for the allowance of shares : 600M in 2025, in addition to comfortables salaries ., all that for no work except organisation of shares issuance , as they are supposed to work as directors of CRML . 98%+ yes , as vote is so ill organised in Australia that foreigners who have most of Eur simply don’t vote .

$CRML Bought 10k $EULIF at .2825..--discount is some 35%!! Fidelity charges $50 comm. Also sold 3 CRML cash-secured puts $12.50 May 1. If it closes at 12.50 or less I will get 300 shares assigned.. which paid me 0.65 a share, bringing my share cost to 11.85. Also added 3 May 15 $15 long calls.

$EULIF I’m buying more here, this one s a $9.33 CRML price at the .035 ratio. With all this going on in the world, I don’t see critical medals stay below $9.33 very long even if it does go back there. I’m still gonna scoop up $600 a month here, I feel like I’m basically buying CRML shares on a discount

With the $EULIF acquisition news, that stock is valued at 0.505, based on the deal. It's trading at 0.359. I'm buying more, which will raise my average cost from 0.16. Will watch the chart and hope for dips. The final share value will be determined when the acquistion is final, which may take a few months.

$EULIF Fair value is more than $0.45 right now. People are taking profit and being impatient in the face of another 30% upside. I am buying more at $0.30 or less. Already have almost 2mil shares.

$EULIF $CRML Eur is by far the winner for 2 years , they sold Wolfsberg to CRML for 850M$ when lithium was highest , after lithium fell and Wolfsberg , and CRML was worth almost 0 and also Eur as they where paid in crml shares , after that there was Tambreez and as barnes is from perth it’s probably due to Sage! if he has not been here , no Tanbreez no crml , he is not very good to developp a mine and orders things from non competent persons , malcom castle a geologist from south perth as barnes , so everything is maybe not his fault , barnes gave maybe advise then the copper powder then tony tang and the tests but without Sage we would have got nothing , after the lithium fall wolfsberg Crml and Eur would have dissapeared .
