Dynamix Corp. reported a fiscal 2025 net loss of
$13.22 million, versus a net loss of
$0.14 million in the prior period. General and administrative expenses rose to
$5.41 million, while dividends earned on investments held in the trust account were
$6.94 million. The SPAC ended 2025 with
$173.39 million in mutual funds held in its trust account and
$0.22 million of cash held outside the trust account. Dynamix said it has not generated revenue to date and continues to pursue a proposed business combination announced July 21, 2025. Management said substantial doubt exists about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the financial statements are issued.
