$ETEK so I don't understand why shareholders are against a reverse split? It should be all about multiplying the market cap which multiplies your account value. For instance, the current market cap on OTCMarkets.com is listed as 550 thousand. If a reverse merger takes place and the market cap goes up to 30 million, that is about 55 times multiplying your account value whether you have 100 shares after a reverse split or 10 million shares before a reverse split. So if it's easier to reverse merge a company into a shell with a good share structure than the current bloated ETEK share structure, then why would shareholders be opposed to the reverse split? Out of spite? If you're expecting this stock to trade in the dollars without a reverse split and you own 10's of millions of shares and it will make you rich, that's just not happening. It's all about multiplying the market cap and multiplying your account value regardless of the number of shares you own.
