$ESRT have 10 bagger in MSGS. I took half proceeds of MSGS and bought 100 k shares of ESRT/ ESRT is holding company that owns the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and the land under it. The value of Empire stat building is
$10 Billion. AT ESRT market price of
$5.8 a share is has tiniest market cap of
$890 million. AT 10+ billion this translated to enterprise value of
$63 + a share just for ESB. Empire state building is most famous building in the free world and the observation deck alone is the single most profitable real estate in the free world. I believe ESRT is 10 Bagger at thi s tiny price
$5.8. James Dolan is heavily rumored to be readying a bid tf ESRT of
$25-27 a share. Onece bid arrives Hot tech money will send shares much higher. LONG 100 K shares at
$5.70 a share avg price. In meantime we get 3% divvy.
