$EPWK Suspect end of January. They f-this up. Fired auditors, the new has to re-review. Expect to hear going concern and lack of experiance following GAAP processes. This is not uncommon in small startup that has gone public. They been around since 2011. If they publish they come of worthless expert market, back to OTC, and report should drive share price to company value, whatever that is. If they do nothing, they lose any ablity to raise capital. GL.

$EPWK although I’ve been trading for years the otc market is a gray area for me. Actually this is the first time shares that own have been delisted. I understand everything evolves around that 20-F form.

$EPWK If your posting bearish comments at this point to folks holding shares, you are indeed an evil person. For those holding shares, you have noticed your account EPWKF holdings went to near 0. They were delisted from the Nasdaq, moved to OTC, OTC placed them in the Expert Market priced at .0005. Places in Expert Market due to lack of filing their Annual report (20-F). It was due 10/31, they requested an extension to 11/15, and have not yet delivered the 20-F. I am sure this is why they lost their Nasdaq appeal - not delivering extension is poor management of deadlines. Since then, in a filing they indicate a plan to file in January 26. There is no downside for them to file at this point, only upside. If they file, OTC will remove them gray market & will trade other OTC stocks. The 20-F will indicate a fair Market cap and the EPWKF will violently go to that price. My msg to you is, if you <> tax harvest, hold until if and when 20-F is filed. GLTA & enjoy your holidays.
