Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks and other equity securities of companies for which the Subadvisor believes the enablement and/or adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) may play a material role in driving performance (“AI Companies”). The fund is non-diversified.
