$EP This seems like a heavily manipulated stock. Watched it for a while, then bought shares at $2.74, and here it is quickly at $2.50. I'm long, but with American oil pumping strong and demand rising because of global conflicts and transport constraints, this tanking is bizarre. Any insights from longs or smarter people than me?

$EP Oil is up 4.5% today Empire stock down 6.45% today. Interesting earnings out stock makes 52 week low. You may have noticed me one they put together a 7 1/2 million dollar stock offering over at Empire management appears to me that management consider considering Phil buying an evolution buying up all the shares they can on all the loan conversion. Supper must be cooking pretty good that they can’t borrow the company enough money fast enough to do the conversion so they hurry up and better do a stock offering so they can gobble up as many shares as they can. I think things are about to rock it up into the sky. classic head, fake, and my opinion.
