$ENCC So who is buying down here? Most of the volume today is on the buy side. Want my theory? That brisk update from Belisarian may have been a tactic to pull the price down so they or people close to them can load back up. I suspect that this activity will continue until they find a merger. I believe they walked the share price up into the discharge. I also believe someone had shares, maybe contingent on the discharge and started to sell them directly after. Granted, retail is in there too buying and selling but my opinion is, this ticker is highly manipulated- what penny stock isn’t but this one in particular followed a script. They will make more money flipping shares while no one is looking than they will from selling the ticker. I could be completely wrong, but I am not. 13Ds do not apply if you know how to work it. Just saying…..

$ENCC if you got squeezed out I am sorry but I do understand. When you initially invest remember the reason you bought. A lot of noise pushes the idea out of your head. In the end you will realize you were right. The market doesn’t reward the weak. It’s a wilderness. I’m actually still accumulating small amounts but I think at this price I might maximize my shares.

$ENCC People selling into this low volume are going to get hurt. I am certainly not happy with Belisarian and there is NO doubt that games are being played but slamming the bid to escape is not the play. Trickle the shares out. Otherwise everyone pays the price. I sure can’t justify trying to get eyes on this ticker under the circumstances but if they come out with something of substance and it looks promising with a little volume we are right back in the game… As per all penny stocks retail is exit liquidity and right now only one side of the tape is moving. I wait. Sell a few when the time presents itself.
