$EM. Has RMB 3.2 billion in cash as of Q2 2024,.. that's
$450 million,.. and the buyout is only for
$1.25,.. which translates to
$237 million,.. so by buying the company the new company pockets about
$213 million and not be responsible to share holders for the proceeds,.. so just the cash that is on the books would be worth about
$2.45 a share, not including the money making business,.. The non-binding offer of
$1.77/share is still understating EM fair value,.. If EM is expanding outside of China, the share price could be worth over
$5.00,..
