Low resistivity = metal ore… things are looking good.

$ELDCF will be absorbed into MinRex, allowing it to be traded on the ASX (Australian stock exchange) but simultaneously making it untradeable on most American brokers. If you plan to hold on the longer-term, think about transferring your holdings to a broker that allows trading on ASX. It looks like every 1 ELDCF stock will be converted to 7.9 MRR shares.
