$ECOX Remember Ecox has patents. Alot of them. This merger with WRA is just a beginning. Two great patents are pooled cooled technology and power booster cables. This could be the beginning of fixing U.S. grid!! Pool- cooled technology could decrease temps in oceans.

$ECOX I took a major loss in ECOX, but I’ve decided to keep a small position — just $200 for a million shares. ECOX has bottomed out at $0.0002 and looks lifeless right now, so I’m treating this as a long‑shot opportunity. If it ever wakes up, that’s a bonus. If not, I’ve limited my risk and moved on to more active opportunities like GRLT. Patience is key — sometimes, it’s not about timing the market, but managing risk while staying ready for potential upside.

$ECOX For ECOX: Investors should exercise extreme caution. Infrastructure projects in developing countries are fraught with risk—they can take many years to complete, are highly vulnerable to political or regulatory setbacks, and there is a real possibility they may never materialize. Committing funds without fully understanding these risks could lead to significant losses.

$ECOX Please don’t jump on board just because others are excited. Do your own due diligence and make sure you understand the risks. This is a high-risk investment, and I’m not a financial advisor — so manage your position based on your own research and comfort level.

$ECOX So yes — the Costa Rica rail developments are directly connected to ECOX because of the proposed ECOX–WRA merger. If the merger closes, ECOX would gain: A real infrastructure pipeline WRA isn’t just an idea — they have pending real projects in evaluation, including this national rail system plan. Catalyst potential News updates like: • the formal INCOFER meeting, • government approval of studies, • financing commitments, • or signing an MOU or PPP agreement would all serve as major catalysts for a micro-cap stock due to investor attention. These key events would confirm major progress: 1. ECOX confirming the WRA merger terms (binding agreement instead of LOI). 2. INCOFER formally announcing acceptance of the studies WRA will submit in early 2026. 3. Any PPP framework or financing announcement, which signals execution moving forward. 4. Any OAS or CAF involvement (they frequently finance infrastructure in Latin America). Those would be game-changing confirmations.

$ECOX Based on the announcement: • INCOFER “conveyed their strong interest in reviewing WRA’s proposed National Railway Master Plan.” • They said the proposal “aligns with Costa Rica’s vision for a sustainable, low-carbon mobility system.” • Both sides agreed to coordinate a formal follow-up meeting to discuss collaboration details. So yes—INCOFER openly acknowledged the proposal and expressed positive interest. This is where things get important. • ECOX announced a Letter of Intent (LOI) in November 2025 for a proposed merger involving a share exchange with WRA. This means WRA would transfer its operational projects into ECOX if the merger is completed. • If completed, ECOX would effectively become the public company holding WRA’s infrastructure pipeline, including: • the Costa Rica National Railway Master Plan, • the intermodal ports project, • airport modernization work, • and the waste-to-energy initiatives.

$ECOX According to the statements from WRA and the news releases: • Status: Western Railway Alliance (WRA) submitted its National Railway Master Plan to Costa Rica’s national rail authority, INCOFER, for government review. This means it is not yet a construction contract, but an official plan now under evaluation. • Next Steps (from the companies): • A formal meeting with INCOFER is being scheduled. • WRA plans to submit full technical, financial, and environmental studies in early 2026. • If INCOFER approves the plan, the project would then move toward public-private partnership models and international investor participation. Based on the announcement: • INCOFER “conveyed their strong interest in reviewing WRA’s proposed National Railway Master Plan.” • They said the proposal “aligns with Costa Rica’s vision for a sustainable, low-carbon mobility system.” • Both sides agreed to coordinate a formal follow-up meeting to discuss collaboration details.
