I don't see it as a "worthless ticker". $NISN vs. $ECNS Small Cap China and $FXI Large Cap China, YTD chart. NISN is 52.25% higher, vs. 28.05% of FXI and 3.20% of ECNS. The Chinese small caps have underperformed this year (also), especially those with market caps below $100 million have losses.
