$DWIS The stock is relatively inactive but may soon be getting the attention it has lacked. They have stated in recent news releases that they will be filing a registration statement after having completed the necessary year end audits, formally changing the name of the Company from Dinewise and maybe the stock symbol (currently DWIS) to more accurately reflect the business. Stocks usually get a lot of attention when a corporate action occurs and this Company has already stated its intentions in several announcements and news releases so it's rational to conclude that buying into the opportunity now, as there's no promotion and no one is paying attention, is well advised.

$DWIS The following is an extract from the Company's 2/5/2024 news release: As previously announced in shareholder updates, Dinewise, Inc. will officially change its name to PawnTrust, Inc. in Q1 2025. Along with this rebranding, the company will undergo a ticker symbol change and file a new registration statement. Additionally, the final agreement for the acquisition of TitlePal, a fintech title loan company, is progressing ahead of schedule. The transaction is expected to close within the same timeframe as the registration statement, further strengthening PawnTrust’s strategic growth initiatives. Furthermore, PawnTrust is in talks regarding a major acquisition and expects to announce it in early Q2 2025.
