$DTREF One thing I love about this company is that they care about their shareholders and reference them in tweets/PR's. For example the tweet from a few weeks ago, "We have received inquiries about the phrase " Final investment decision in early 2026. This is an internal company process for allocating resources to maximize shareholder value and is not related to government or private funding". Love that they care about us and keep us updated with news. I also don't think this implies a Massive reverse split. Bullish!

$DTREF @JohnStuartMill @King_of_Bio Whoa, 1:200 RS?! Please no! Most investors hate reverse splits, including me. That would currently put our PPS at $32+. No need for that. Last RS they did was on 5/25/2021 at 1:25. That is more in line and would put us currently at $4.03 PPS. Or 1:50 would be $8.05. What I am hoping for is that we organically grow to a respectable share price by end of year while they go through the application process. Then when they uplist, 1st QTR 2026?, they will determine if a RS is necessary and at what factor. Uplisting is basically a secondary IPO and price should shoot up from the exposure. USAR IPO was March of this year. They debuted at about $11 and it skyrocketed up about 72% in one day. Then of course the usual pullback but they are still double digits now, with definite government funding announcement pending. Once that happens it should follow MP's skyrocket to $24-$50 PPS, imo. I'm hoping DTREF does the same.

$DTREF You know my thoughts, do a 1 for 200 and get the price way up to where institutions can buy it and greatly lower the share count. BOTH would be good for all retail holders.

$DTREF Typically companies will split shares in order to qualify for up listing onto major exchanges. I'm, curious to see how they work all that out. Wouldn't make much sense to upload us while we're trading so low. They'll either: 1. Split shares to bring us in compliance 2. Let it run organically with hopes of organically reaching $1. Other thoughts/ ideas welcome.

$DTREF Things we are waiting on to boost our stock price : - Backing and/or contract with the USA gov - Uplist to all major exchanges (Sept 22). - Stock split to attract institutional investors - Confirmed REE results - Drilling to start (this month) Any of these can happen at anytime - or maybe around the same time. Either way we have many catalysts to keep this moving. Just remember, our COO purchased 1 million worth at the same share prices we have.
