$SDOT The characteristics of SDOT that allowed to rally:
-Nanocap status. There are a few dozens like this, though.
-No dual structure for its shares. This is rather rare. Very few foreign nanocaps have such structure. The vast majority have different series of shares for the insiders with multiple voting power, which allows them to dilute without losing the voting control.
This is very important. Very few nanocaps have low daily volumes and single share structure.
Check for example
$DSWL, which is a solid micro with dividend, but at the moment is not at a low price, and ARBB, which has all the above characteristics and trades close to its lows.
