$DRNK Did you see the lawsuit disclosure on page 11? Star Alliance, NOHO, the executives and lenders were sued 11 defendants total for alleged securities fraud. Case 2:25-cv-01864-RFB-DJA, up to $900K. NOHO has been in default about 5 months, and Star has effectively ghosted the court for about 8 months. NOHO asked for time to get an attorney after blowing deadlines, but the court never granted it. Keystone already settled. The 33-page complaint details the allegedly highly dilutive financing and public statements that contradicted the actual agreements. Gotta love Tony 😂 I believe this is a big reason they’ve been so quiet.
