$STAL Not a merger with $DRNK. STAL is getting Preferred shares of DRNK in return for selling assets. Unclear if all STAL assets are being transferred. Doesn't really matter I think. Tony is now CEO of DRNK. It's all part of the same scam. It's probably better to be a shareholder of STAL since preferred shareholders have more rights.

$DRNK People are absolutely correct about STAL. In the past, STAL has had bad management . However, they do own the Troy Mine, and it is paid for. They do have a patented Genesis extraction company and an AI system. Thank God the previous ownership is gone. I think this was a good achievement for both sides.

$DRNK To all of those who aren’t happy with today’s news, you gambled and you apparently lost! You were bullish when the company was dead in the water, zero revs, zero updates and now you’re bearish because they were taken over and are now doing m&a ? That’s comical to me. I haven’t been here long but this is the best thing I’ve seen happen to this company in YEARS! New management being added, new revenue streams, form 10 SEC compliance, additional m&a of mines and fintech, website and social media updates, etc. Idk what else anyone else could want from a company that was essentially all but cooked. I’m looking forward to more news and updates and I hope anyone that wants out gets out. Best wishes to all.
