$DRCR - For the sake of posterity and tracking. 1). You can see Swifty launched their UK site with only half of what matters in March 2022. 2). Why has it taken them over 3 years to secure the remainder of what is necessary for their UK site - see August 2025 licenses granted 3). Now that the licenses for Casino and Bingo have been attained, why has it taken over a month to implement them? This is not normal. **Let's see how long it takes to get Casino and Bingo active on the website** This isn't new stuff folks, as both Ireland and now South Africa offer the full complement of services. James 'the jobbernowl' is asleep at the wheel.

$DRCR - Dear Cashmere Holding Company hasn't been able to turn a profit so far this year and I fully expect the trend to continue for the rest of the year. In fact, Dear Cashmere Holding Company hasn't been able to turn a profit in the last 4 Quarters. No wonder James 'The Jobbernowl' Gibbons has gone missing and has totally ghosted the shareholders for the last year. Kiss your investment goodbye.

$DRCR $ILUS Can anyone explain this? They clearly added exactly 4,000,000 to the OS according to OTCM. Why would the legal docs state otherwise?

$DRCR - The latest required filing submitted today [Sept 30-25] by Swifty UK Ltd to UK Companies House for the year ending 2024 [yes, 2024] Not a healthy-looking balance sheet by any stretch of imagination. Nasty, to be honest.

$DRCR A company so mired in incompetence and contempt that it ignores settlement orders, misses court-mandated deadlines, and treats judicial directives as optional.

$DRCR - Swifty Africa (Pty) [which is a privately owned company, 100% owned by Trevor Krummeck] now carries Casino Games, yet Swifty Global UK still does not. Huge missed opportunity in the UK, plus who launches a website without the full complement of products? **Two years in the UK with only half of an offering** Embarrassing, but that's why it's a 3-4 cent stock.

$DRCR - The investors here aren't the sharpest tools in the chest. I don't know if this will help some of you realize what is going on with the Ireland, South Africa and Malta expansions...perhaps someone that can read could read it you and you could nod to them, if you understand.

$DRCR So the claim here is that he has his own entirely separate entity, operating as a licensed affiliate?

$DRCR - This certainly explains the delays launching in Ireland, South Africa and Malta. The franchisee's must be as inept as James himself. James the franchisor better tighten up the business model and operations or else his franchisee buddies will continue to tarnish the brand's reputation. The only saving grace is that no one has ever heard of Dear Cashmere Holding Co., or Swifty...well except for 145 very sad and disheartened investors.

$DRCR - What is perfectly clear is that DRCR consolidates the financials of its "wholly owned" subsidiaries. The only wholly owned subsidiaries as stated in the disclosure are: Swifty Global UK Ltd. Swifty Global NV. Swifty Technologies LLC FZ You'll note that neither of these private companies [below] are listed as wholly owned subsidiaries [and the Disclosure states them as partnerships]. DRCR has ZERO ownership of these companies: Swifty Sports Limited - Ireland Swifty Africa (Pty) - Africa If you recall past PR's and Disclosures, these arrangements are clearly cited as partnerships. They are just franchise model agreements branded as Swifty [see Jan 30, 2024 PR]. You'll also note that these private companies' revenue recognition now appears in the financials as "Revenue from Services" most likely due to a B2B arrangement with these private companies. I feel sorry for the Swifty investors who were duped or didn't connect the dots.

I replied to the post prior to this post. It is clear FUD. The dissolution of the company posted by SunshinShuffle is not a part of $DRCR . It appears to be an unused company and therefore is being dissolved. According the the annual report, the subsidiaries of DRCR are: Swifty Global UK Ltd. Swifty Global NV. Swifty Technologies LLC FZ.

Here is an independent site that did a review of Swifty ( $DRCR ) in UK. The review ranks it about in the middle of the pack compared to all other betting sites, which isn't bad given how new to the scene they are. Plus they really only have to be good at one thing to be successful. Overall it looks like a good review and should put to rest any of the "are they even a real company" sort of arguments. Looks like they do well in horse racing, in particular. Plus they can expand into casino games, in theory. https://bettinglounge.co.uk/review/swifty-sports/
