$DRCR $QIND - Which of these two will hit double zero first? Both of these are headed toward Nick Link's other two Scams, ILUS and SAML, which are in the triple zero digits. It's funny to see people hold this all the way to zero, after being lied to and also have their investment change from betting to oil recycling. Who TF does that to their shareholders? $DRCR Certainly, CEO James Gibbons is just as much of a swindler as Nicolas Link. Nick and James been working together so long that it's impossible that James is honest. Nick and James are definitely trying to build a new story to breathe life back into DRCR so they can get the trading volume up and swindle investors. Given DRCR's very low volume and market cap, I think there's a good chance they will succeed at pumping it. Not my cup of tea to gamble on those odds but the setup seems interesting.

$DRCR If shareholders of record are now owners of new private equity we need to be informed. Jan 7th was the close date. The PR never even made it to OTCM. Silent for an entire year and now this. James, Nicholas, whomever, get this shit figured out. You literally led shareholders on for 5 years only to divest all assets without warning. So far, ZERO compensation.

$DRCR $ILUS - The new DRCR portal appears to be very exciting and I'm sure the IPO will also be as timely and exciting, "offering a value-creating opportunity for shareholders" [if there are any still out there]. I like the way they released the PR on **December 31**, giving plenty of notice to shareholders that - "DRCR shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31 who hold at least 2,000 DRCR shares, will receive an equity interest in the new company while continuing to retain their existing DRCR shares, which will remain outstanding and continue to trade as normal." Also this gem - "At the close of business on **December 7**, the Company will spin out the majority of its online gaming technology business into a newly formed company." I can tell that Leadership are not only very detail oriented, but also excellent planners. You honestly can't make this shit up. C L O W N S H O W
