$DRCR It seems to me the reason this is so cheap is because the CEO couldn't figure out how to uplist, so he took part of the public company and transferred it out to a private entity without a shareholder vote. What's left is a shell that's overpriced with promises of a mergered in refined oil company. This just screams OTC scam. Sorry to all of those who invested.

$DRCR - Looking back at the 3 years of financials, it's pretty funny the shit they tried to lie about. Q4 and FY 2023 are very amusing compared to the other Q's and years. A lot of OSB experts that were once here are now wondering WTF happened? You probably should have listened and learned. Oh well, too late now fellas.

Apparently, the crushing humiliation was a bit much, which is understandable considering how enthusiastically they defended every absurd promise, claim and grand prediction. They fell for it all - hook, line, sinker, and probably the fishing boat too - and now the silence is deafening. One poster almost suggests self -immolation.

I've taken this letter and compared it to the last ILUS Shareholder letter of October 2025. BOTH OF THESE LETTERS ARE LADEN WITH LIES It's important to note that JP Backwell is the long time side-kick of Nick Link. They worked together to destroy shareholders of ILUS, QIND, DRCR, SAML, CGRA Here's what A.I. found when scrubbing these two letters against each other - SEE SNIPPETS BELOW You can't make this shit up.

$ILUS $SAML $QIND $DRCR $HTOO The timing of this letter is interesting. Nick needs to sell their HTOO shares in order to come off Expert Market. They need the money to do anything but haven't yet. $HTOO needs $4+ SP and $15MLN MC before completing the $QIND swap (or something else). JP just did a video stating "2 of their 4 businesses should be 10x current MC." Uranium deal should close within the next 3-5 weeks and British deal shoulda/woulda/coulda closed(ing) any day now. This is either the biggest ponzi scheme in existence or the biggest bear fuck you plan I've ever seen. JP looks like he stopped working out and started focusing on his business plan. I think we may see some success coming soon. Ill tag @MrHamilton and @PurplePenguin now so they can load their shells and fire back. Its one thing to "swindle" on the OTC, but the big board will crush your soul for the future of M&A. Where we at?

Dear Cashmere Holding Company is no longer a Cashmere Sweater Company, nor a Gambling Company but is now an Oil Company??, but there's no such company registered anywhere in the world as Matrix Fuels. This has turned into a FULL-BLOWN Nick Link scam/rip-off pivot, meaning it will be in trips eventually. You can't make this shit up. I've told you this for the last 5 years.
