$DRCR How does a company with 4.4M Cash and 7M Stockholders Equity only have a 2M Market cap? Oh Well, that's the OTC for you.

$DRCR - Perhaps someone that has an accounting background or at least understands financials should be preparing these filings. I'm not sure why they would report 9 months ended September 2024 with a net income of -$9,010, when that is clearly the net income for Q3 of 2024 only. It should read, for 9 months ended September 2024 as $575,564...a third grader could do the math. It's not hard...what else have they miscalculated? It looks like the entire 9 months ended September 2024 is only looking at Q3-2024...not the sum of Q1+Q2+Q3 Embarrassing. These guys really need to be audited. Neither the staff accountant nor James the Jobbernowl CEO really looked at these numbers, yet James the Jobbernowl signed off on them. Ouch!

$DRCR - Looks like Dear Cashmere was able to pull off a profitable Q3. Finally back in black after 4 Q's of consecutive losses. Disclosure was filed on time, yet management is still silent, so far. I don't like the fact that they stopped reporting 'sales of services' and 'cost of services' because now we have no idea with respect to their HANDLE and HOLD rates. Providing LESS information doesn't help with operational transparency. Still no mention of Ireland and South Africa as being wholly owned subsidiaries and with the 'revenue from services' increasing, those two countries are just partnerships, as stated in the disclosure and therefore not consolidated in the books. Good to see advertising expenses go way up. Bettors aren't going to find Swifty on their own.

$ILUS $DRCR While everyone’s asking where the money went, so is Peters and May. Despite winning an award for transporting a superyacht for Mr Link, they still haven’t been paid. An arbitration under the UK Arbitration Act 1996 between Peters and May Ltd and Toto Capital Inc—relating to the transport of the motor yacht C’est La Vie—was concluded with a Final Arbitration Award. The tribunal found in favour of Peters and May, ordering Toto Capital to pay USD 115,643.49 plus costs and interest at the Bank of England base rate from September 2022. The award is a matter of public record, confirming the outcome.

$DRCR - Here is the last time that Dear Cashmere Holding Co., discussed financial results with their shareholders [Q2-2024]. An entire year of financial filings have gone without comment. Will they comment this quarter? No legitimate company operates in this manner. Smells of Nick Link calling the shots, while James the Jobbernowl twiddles his thumbs.

$DRCR Decent volume today, someone picked up a chunk of shares for cheap. It’s been 12 months since any news article. Casino feature still seems to be absent from Ireland and South Africa apps. Very curious why they stopped communicating with shareholders.

$DRCR - I remember when folks couldn't get enough of ILUS at 1 and 2 cents, thinking that they were getting a deal. Now look. Do you think DRCR is different and if so, why? Q3 fins will be disclosed within a week, that's when the shit hits the fan. It will mark the 5th quarter in a row that Dear Cashmere Holding Co., shows a net loss. It will be interesting to see just how much they lose over the span of 2025. This has turned into a complete shit-show. Know what you own.

$DRCR $ILUS - Two months after the acquisition of additional licenses [Aug 29, 2025], the UK website still has NO Live Casino, NO Virtual Casino and NO Bingo. What do you think the excuse would be for such a delay, considering the Ireland and South African websites are active? It's not like they have to recreate the wheel...and they are losing money hand over fist delaying the activation. Very Poor Execution and Communication from James the Jobbernowl. Feels like ILUS all over again. Folks invested here will probably never get their money back.

$ILUS $QIND $DRCR $HTOO - The gentleman on the left could be any one of the hundreds/thousands of perennial bag holders created by the ILUS and DRCR DISCORDS in conjunction with the Purloining Pair on the right [Nick Link and JP Backwell]. Just look at the faces of those two nefarious numbskulls, smiling ear to ear as they make off with your money, dealing in lies and larceny.

$DRCR - Guaranteed Net Losses for Dear Cashmere Holding Co., for Q3 2025, even with the addition of Ireland and South Africa, as those locations are not consolidated into Swifty's books, but do appear as a newer line item called "Revenue from Services" This SP is going lower and lower in anticipation of the poor results and the dead silence for over a year. Know what you own.

$DRCR $ILUS - It's good to see rational people working through the five steps in order to move on to the next play, leaving this far behind and accepting their tax-loss harvest. It's just dead/stranded money...but you know this.

$DRCR $ILUS It sounds like Swifty found a good reason to not comply with the previous motion. According to the Oct 9th filing the case will be closed and Elco now loses due to lack of evidence provided in favor of Elco’s claims. Remember all documents were supposedly lost in a hurricane. I think this ongoing trial still explains why we still haven’t had any news in 11 months. Maybe now they can finally wake back up?
