$DPLS Lmao. You really think you found something? You can’t even find Moonland. 🏖️ Most SPACs from 2021–2023 failed. The market was flooded with them, redemptions were massive, and deals were collapsing left and right. Richard Iler was just another professional SPAC operator working on multiple deals during that chaotic period. Him being involved in two failed SPACs isn’t some smoking gun — it was extremely common. And here’s the part you conveniently left out: Fortune Rise (FRLA) was originally a NASDAQ-listed SPAC, not some shady OTC shell. The merger with Water On Demand failed and it was later moved to the OTC Pink. This wasn’t some “rare” or “suspicious” OTC scheme — it was standard SPAC failure during a brutal market. You’re out here celebrating old SPAC failures like it’s some big win while ignoring that Dennis is actually executing on multiple fronts because of what he learned from those failures. It’s the reason the future is being built smarter. Keep coping. 🦖

$DPLS Denis bought an SPAC shell, renamed it, and lost all the money he put into it. So rare an event that Richard Iler who worked for Basile and was on the head of GSD was also involved in the same failed SPAC merger play with Fortune Rise/Water on Demand at the same time. If only I were more informed...

$DPLS. 👀🤡 Self-sponsored SPAC does not mean Dennis paid for it out of his personal bank account like some YouTube guru buying a Lambo. It means DarkPulse (the company) itself created and controlled the SPAC (Gladstone/GSD). That’s actually extremely rare and sophisticated for a microcap. Most companies have to beg a third-party sponsor to take them public — and those sponsors usually take 20-30% of the deal for themselves. Dennis did the opposite. He used DPLS’s own shares and structure to try to uplist to Nasdaq as “DARK” with a $145 million deal. That’s not “paying out of his pocket” — that’s a company executing a bold strategic move to escape the OTC death spiral. You’re out here acting like it’s some shady personal check when it was actually one of the more aggressive and intelligent moves a microcap has tried in years. Keep asking questions though. Every time you do, you expose how little you actually understand. 🦖
