$DPLS. 👀🤡
Self-sponsored SPAC does not mean Dennis paid for it out of his personal bank account like some YouTube guru buying a Lambo.
It means DarkPulse (the company) itself created and controlled the SPAC (Gladstone/GSD). That’s actually extremely rare and sophisticated for a microcap. Most companies have to beg a third-party sponsor to take them public — and those sponsors usually take 20-30% of the deal for themselves.
Dennis did the opposite. He used DPLS’s own shares and structure to try to uplist to Nasdaq as “DARK” with a
$145 million deal. That’s not “paying out of his pocket” — that’s a company executing a bold strategic move to escape the OTC death spiral.
You’re out here acting like it’s some shady personal check when it was actually one of the more aggressive and intelligent moves a microcap has tried in years.
Keep asking questions though. Every time you do, you expose how little you actually understand.
