$SNOW Interesting timing with
$DOMO launching a formal strategic alternatives process.
At ~0.5x revenue, that’s distressed SaaS pricing. If someone takes them out at even 1.5–2x sales, it’s a serious premium.
From a strategic angle
$SNOW owning the data layer but not a dominant BI front-end is interesting. Domo gives them embedded analytics + enterprise dashboard layer instantly. Vertical integration = stickier platform.
Not saying it happens… but architecturally it makes more sense than people think.
