$DMKPQ Please, correct me if I am wrong. I deepened my research with the help of AI and checking the docs and realized that, very likely, is really over for us. Seems we should have initiated a DERIVATIVE LAWSUIT so we could have had a voice (a presence) in the liquidation case and so, not removed by the liquidation trustee and the judge. So, even if the judge will require Catalent and USworldmeds to pay the damages, these will go to creditors only and if the damages claimed will be humongous will be simbolically only and money will remain to those companies. What a fraud, what a disgusting system! I hope everyone in charge will get their karma. (FU) $TBLT Another chit case

$DMKPQ This is what I thought then and asked AI. Thanks AI: DMK Pharmaceuticals (formerly Adamis Pharmaceuticals) faced an operational and legal deadlock that made a quick pivot nearly impossible. They couldn't simply "walk away" earlier due to exclusive contractual obligations, lack of liquidity, and the technical complexity of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Here are the main reasons why they waited until the Chapter 11 filing to take legal action: 1. Contractual Constraints and "Lock-in" Exclusivity Agreements: DMK had exclusive commercialization deals with US WorldMeds (USWM) for key products like the Zimhi nasal spray. Unilaterally breaking these contracts would have exposed the company to massive penalties and immediate legal battles they couldn't afford. Long-term Contracts with Catalent: The supply agreement with Catalent for the Symjepi product dated back to 2015 and had been automatically extended, tying DMK to a single manufacturer for years.

$DMKPQ Just incase anyone is interested. "FFF Enterprises is Offering ZIMHI® (naloxone HCl Injection), Manufactured by ZMI Pharma Inc. Now available exclusively through FFF Enterprises." This is not a publicly traded company, so we cannot see how much or little they are selling. All I know is they got Zimhi and Symjepi, and some of those "molecules" for pennies on the dollar. 100s of millions of our money was used to fund these products. And then they get sold for less than 3M. Just criminal, but amazing how the bashers called it for years and years. All crooks.
