Desert Mountain Energy Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas, helium, natural gas, hydrogen, and mineral properties in the Southwestern United States. It holds interest in the Holbrook Basin helium project located in the Northern Arizona. The company was formerly known as African Queen Mines Ltd. and changed its name to Desert Mountain Energy Corp. in April 2018. Desert Mountain Energy Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

$DMEHF The official Q2 numbers are finally out and they prove the company is safe. Losses dropped by 57% down to just 283k CAD, meaning they aren't wasting cash.The balance sheet is rock solid with 36.5M USD in assets and only 2.3M USD in total debt. Plus, with the 3M CAD they raised earlier, they have over 23 months of pure runway to finish building the pipeline. Revenue is still low at 120k USD, but that’s completely normal since the data center isn't turned on yet. The developer is paying for the pipe construction while we sit on a safe floor at 0.13 USD. The thesis is totally intact.

$DMEHF The bears keep complaining about DME's well count, proving they haven't actually read the legally binding contract filings. DME doesn't need to drill thousands of wells to supply a multi-megawatt AI hub. The definitive 25-year contract states that DME gets a 5% management fee on ALL natural gas used by the Roswell Information Park—irrespective of who produces or transports it. When competitors pipe gas in to feed those servers, DME sits at the gate and clips a 5% gross coupon with zero CapEx, zero decline risk, and zero drilling costs. They aren't just an exploration company; they are a monopoly infrastructure toll road.

$DMEHF further more some shorts here are trying to be spin doctors regarding water as a liability; modern infrastructure companies look at it as a secondary revenue stream. DME's modular, solar-powered surface tech allows them to purify deep formation water. Instead of competing with local aquifers, they can treat that brackish water and use it as the direct feedstock to generate clean hydrogen fuel for the Roswell AI data centers, or sell it directly to local agricultural/industrial buyers. They are recycling a waste product into a commercial asset while completely bypassing the municipal grid. It’s a profit center, not a shutdown risk.

$DMEHF Not expecting much on the revenue side this past quarter due to the 14 mile gas line retro-fit. Focus will be on cap-ex reimbursement, cash burn and status on the underground gas storage. Also need positive guidance on west pecos gas sales go forward. Helium to come after. Any this past quarter would be a shocker.
