$DETX Partially settling debt with 23k shares is tiny relative to the overall share structure. I like that the company is being careful with their liquidity and preserving as much cash as possible during this growth phase. And their creditor could demand cash, litigate or pressure the company to restructure terms but instead they accept equity! Obviously they believe the equity will be worth more that immediate repayment.

Possible Strategic acquirers once they have proven TSA deployment and increased revenue are Leidos , L3Harris Technologies $LHX Liberty CEO Bill Frain was formerly SVP, OSI Systems (parent of Rapiscan), RTX Corporation $RTX , the list goes on...! Today's news is a very significant operational headline. This is not just another demo, pilot or "proof of concept". The press release specifically says "multiple HEXWAVE units." This is deployment at one of the busiest airport environments in the US. Airport operators are extremely conservative, TSA/security environments don’t adopt unproven systems casually and worker screening is becoming a major bottleneck.

$DETX Orders on hold because of TSA shutdown? - I wonder if the end of year production increase was a promise - TSA will buy once reopen of agency. who knows - nice story - maybe the company references the reopen as a statement to the trading public not a pr. Red flag - Uplisting - Purple flag - maybe a lot of naked shorts thinking it would never make it to NASDAQ. Maybe the Company timed the Uplisting perfectly considering the new environment. Plus the new board member. Just standing in the bleachers looking at this new comer? Per the rules for trading the stock- Floor $4. Offering $4.50 Ipo closed - money in the bank Now trading freely closed at the offering price today.

$DETX Is in a quiet period after the IPO until June 1, 2026. They just raised 20m in the IPO, the TSA has invested over 6m for the development of the Hexwave and HD-AIT systems because they know they need their rapid detection technology. Now, even more pressure has been put on the TSA because over 1,100 officers left the agency during the shutdown. Great risk / reward opportunity here!
