$DECN @pissrocket It's 7 months later. I haven't seen anything on actual restitution in the case (not that you would get anything remotely near your losses anyway). Any links to show he has paid a cent back yet?

$BJDX $DECN very similar scam as BJDX. In fact, BJDX was a covid play as well at IPO. CEO was the CFO as well. Sound familiar? Scammer Keith Berman just sentenced to 84 months in prison.

$DECN New Listener's Court documents available. A couple are about WHERE the former CEO will spend his jail time. It will either be in South Dakota or Minnesota. The other is about his defense team wanting the $1M restitution order reduced claiming shareholders really didn't lose that much. I personally am down $20K from his scam and would like as much of that as possible returned to me.

$DECN has anyone pursued this? On April 12, 2024, defendant Berman was sentenced to 84 months of imprisonment to be followed by 3 years of supervised release. The government has been ordered to provide a restitution figure to the Court 60 days after sentencing. Any victims who have suffered losses who wish to be considered for restitution, should submit a Victim Impact Statement (see PDF link below) to [email protected] well in advance of June 11, 2024.

$DECN How is it different? It's because he was caught because the SEC had a specific program to target Covid fraud. DECN was one of the many companies the SEC took action on. The SEC does not have resources to go after all these scam penny stock companies, despite many/most of them being scams.

$TSOI a week ago, $DECN CEO was sentenced to 7 years for defrauding investors by materially false and misleading public statements, threatening whistleblowers, and more. How is it different from what we experienced here or other companies like $DPLS facing similar issues. Familiar? $DECN This post is a perfect example of what I remember from you on ihub. You still don't get it, the products stink, and they lose money. The entire business was there to convince people like you to invest so he could live off the diluted shares. It worked. Look at the bright side, if some new scammer "buys" the dog test business, you can invest there and lose more money!

$DECN Companies without debt don't go bankrupt. Bankruptcy has to do with debt. More likely, the company will eventually just dissolve. I think I remember you from IHUB. I remember reading very clueless posts there from you.

$DECN Recovery with what? Since Berman had a public defender, that means his personal financial situation was looked into and he qualified for that. Second, what value would the money losing crap diabetes strip business be, considering Medicare doesn't cover DECN's products? Third, white collar criminals don't get sent to max or even mid security prisons.
