$DCBO Following the earnings report,
$DCBO shares dropped sharply, losing 18% over two days. Despite strong quarterly results — including stable performance and a beat on forecasts — investors reacted negatively to the announcement that Amazon is ending its collaboration on one of the projects. Analysts have since revised their EPS expectations for the next quarter down from
$0.29 to
$0.22 per share.
From the company’s statement:
"Subsequent to the end of the quarter, Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) informed Docebo of its decision not to renew the contract related to the Skills Builder platform, which is set to expire on December 31, 2025. AWS emphasized that the decision is not related to competition or the quality of service. Amazon and its affiliates will continue to use Docebo for other internal employee training programs. As of March 31, 2025, the AWS Skills Builder contract accounted for less than 2% of Docebo’s total revenue."
