$DBCAU is a newly listed SPAC with only a few trading sessions so far, so liquidity and price discovery are still forming and moves can be sentiment driven. The unit structure of one share plus half of an 11.50 warrant slightly tempers long term dilution compared to full warrant deals, and insiders hold a meaningful locked up stake which helps near term alignment. At this stage it is more about sponsorship, narrative, and positioning than fundamentals, so I took a starter and plan to sell into any momentum, especially given D. Boral’s track record of generating interest around their vehicles.
