Noble Capital Markets Research Report: Century Lithium Corp. ($CYDVF) – First Tranche of Financing Closed; Angel Island Added to the Federal Permitting Dashboard First tranche of LIFE offering closed. Century Lithium recently closed the first tranche of its previously announced the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE) offering of up to 16,666,667 units at a price of C$0.30 per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$5,000,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of C$0.45 for a period of 60 months following the issuance of the units. In the first tranche, Century issued a total of 9,559,833 units for aggregate gross proceeds of C$2,867,950. Certain directors and officers of the company purchased a total of 168,333 units in the initial closing. Century Lithium announced that Alpha-En Corporation successfully converted Century’s lithium carbonate into battery-grade lithium-metal anodes for use in lithium-ion batteries. The lithium-metal anodes were produced using 99.8% pure lithium carbonate from Century’s Angel Island project and demonstration plant. The sample was converted by Alpha-En into lithium metal using Alpha-En’s patented conversion process. $CYDVF Century is primed for this lithium upward pricing trend over the next few years. One big issue other lithium mines have is water rights. Century has this covered. $LAC is fighting this problem that could derail the whole project. Pilot plant proves they can produce battery grade Lithium and at scale. Just need a partner to get them to the finish line and also a loan from US govt. All my opinion. Do your own DD.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of C$0.45 for a period of 24 months following the issuance of the units. $CYDVF so the insiders carve out a way to pick up shares cheap by doing this offering. They didn’t want to buy on open market, so do it this way. Nothing has changed here except a bit of dilution. I added 20,000 shares at .22 Not investing advice, but IMO investors will get rewarded with 30% of NPV/shr eventually. This might be an 8x-12x return from here. Demand is clicking up more than most experts predicted. Appears we are at the lithium bottom of this cycle. Good luck
