At a special meeting to be held on March 30, 2026, the shareholders of United Security Bancshares (UBFO) will vote on the proposed merger with Community West Bancshares (CWBC). If approved, the merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 8:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026. If the merger closes as anticipated, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (April 1st) and will be suspended effective Wednesday, April 2, 2026
UWBO shareholders will receive 0.452 shares of CWBC per each share held.
