$CVSI this company will never go above 7 cents. the convertible bonds covert at 6 cents which dilutes the shares back to the 3-4 cent range. this is a death spiral trap. their share dilution will double or triple the share count. when they get or 2 cents they will offer more convertible bonds. the financing structure is FUBAR.

$CVSI so good news is the have products that meet qualifications for the pilot program. But they need to secure some contracts at the medical level. Possibly rebrand a few products to be less “retail” and more medical. Doesn’t seem like only certain companies are allowed to participate, it’s more about meeting guidelines with the products.

$CVSI Revs disappointing again. But a lot of intriguing news on the call. Love the idea of pushing into the Pet products a bit more. Also interested to see how they operate Lunar Fox as an international “headquarters” for distribution overseas. If I read correctly they can produce on site there, which would be a huge cost savings to shipping from US>EU. As long as they keep this floor I have hope for the future. But that floor is still very close to massive dilution.
